After several years of competitive growth, Britcar broke new ground in 2022 as it debuted the Motorsport UK-sanctioned British Endurance Championship – immediately making it the go-to place for endurance racing in the country.
Elevating the Britcar Endurance Championship up to National status, the British Endurance Championship retains a number of key features as its predecessor such as a warm-up, 30-minute qualifying and two and three-hour races which include mandatory pit stops.
Open to one and two-driver teams, the championship operates under a multi-class format with six categories creating a competitive environment for an eclectic variety of GT and touring cars – all of which are balanced in performance.
Continuing to grow in stature, the championship enjoys the support of high-profile partners such as Goodyear, Sunoco and Autotel. The British Endurance Championship also benefits from having all of its race meetings streamed live on Facebook and YouTube.
