All orders are subject to a small processing fee of £1.50 per order.
We do not make delivery charges for sending out Race Meeting tickets, Paddock Transfer tickets or Grandstand Seat tickets by ordinary first class mail. You do have the option to have your tickets sent by Special Delivery; we highly recommend this option. When the event is less than 10 days away we will apply an automatic charge for Special Delivery, this is to ensure that your tickets arrive with you in time for the event as we cannot offer a collection service at Thruxton.
Orders for insignia, clothing, souvenirs and gifts are normally delivered right away.
If the required items are out of stock when your order is received, you will be advised of an expected date of dispatch.
The dispatch of tickets for Race Meetings, Paddock Transfers and Grandstand Seats will commence at least 14 days before the event, although we expect to commence the dispatch of 2014 tickets early in February.
We send Race Meeting tickets etc. by First Class Mail. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or late delivery of tickets. The safest and quickest method of delivery is provided by the Post Office Special Delivery service, which provides target delivery times and compensation, although a signature has to be provided by the receiver.
Although we attempt to fulfill ticket orders very quickly, we cannot give any guarantee that tickets will be dispatched on the day you place your order. Orders can be placed via the internet at any time, but our ticket office staff only work standard office hours; Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700.
If any item is not in stock when your order is received, we will advise you of a likely dispatch date.
You will always be entitled to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The British Automobile Racing Club will not disclose customer information to third parties.

If we send you articles that you have not ordered, we will replace them as soon as possible. Please advise us of the error before returning them, and we will agree how the articles should be addressed in order to ensure an efficient replacement. We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning goods, as in cases of non-arrival, we will not be able to accept Proof of Purchase. We will compensate you for any reasonable postal expenses incurred in returning the wrong articles.
If articles are damaged in transit, you should also contact us before returning them. We will agree how the articles should be addressed to us in order to ensure an efficient replacement. We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning damaged goods, as in cases of non-arrival, we will not be able to accept Proof of Postage. We will compensate you for any reasonable postal expenses incurred in returning the damaged articles.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right does not apply to Race Meeting Tickets or goods which have already been personalised to your order, such as shirts that have been embroidered with your name. As long as the articles are unused, still in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition, you can return them by post. Please note that in these circumstances the return postage charges are at your cost. We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning goods, as in cases of non-arrival, we will not be able to accept Proof of Purchase. Please give us at least two weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods The refund will be credited to the original payment card account.
If you order the wrong tickets please contact the ticket office on 01264 882200 to discuss your options. We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases, the only exception would be if the event was cancelled in its entirety and then this would be at Thruxton B.A.R.C. Ltd. Management's discretion. We are happy to exchange tickets for a different event if you are unable to make the event you have purchased for but the tickets must be exchanged and used within the current season, please contact our Ticket Office to discuss this.
