Thruxton Circuit is located just off of the A303 trunk road, 5 miles west of Andover in Hampshire. The postal address is Thruxton Circuit, Andover, Hampshire. SP11 8PN (Telephone +44 (0)1264 882200)

The sections below give routes for people approaching from North, South, East and West. At larger meetings such as British Touring Cars and Superbikes alternative routes may need to be followed once in the vicinity of the venue. Anyone visiting the BARC main offices will need to drive up the circuit drive, turn right at the mini-roundabout and the offices are located beneath the second of the two grandstands.

The Green road running left/right is the A303 Trunk Road.

From the North ( Swindon /Midlands etc.)

Approach using the A34 from Oxford / Newbury towards Southampton, approximately twelve miles south of Newbury turn onto the A303 towards Andover / Exeter. After approximately 11 miles, having passed Andover, follow the “Tourist” signs for Thruxton Circuit.

Leave the A303 by the signed slip road, pass underneath the A303, turn left and then almost immediately right into the unclassified road which runs alongside our circuit. Pass the entrance to the Thruxton Trading Estate on your right and the main entrance to Thruxton Circuit will be on your right.

From the South (Southampton area etc.)

Approach using the M3 motorway as far as Junction 9, turning onto the A34 northbound in the direction of Oxford. After about 8 miles turn left onto the A303 towards Andover / Exeter. After approximately 11 miles, having passed Andover, follow the “Tourist” signs for Thruxton Circuit.

Leave the A303 by the signed slip road, pass underneath the A303, turn left and then almost immediately right into the unclassified road which runs alongside our circuit. Pass the entrance to the Thruxton Trading Estate on your right and the main entrance to Thruxton Circuit will be on your right.

From the East (London area etc.)

Approach using the M3 in a South-Westerley direction to Junction 8 which is just west of Basingstoke, turn onto the A303 onto the A303 towards Andover / Exeter. After approximately 15 miles, having passed Andover and follow the Tourist signs for Thruxton Circuit.

Leave the A303 by the signed slip road, pass underneath the A303, turn left and then almost immediately right into the unclassified road which runs alongside our circuit. Pass the entrance to the Thruxton Trading Estate on your right and the main entrance to Thruxton Circuit will be on your right.

From the West (Exeter area etc.)

Approach using the London-bound A303 and just after passing Stone Henge the road becomes dual-carriageway which is about seven miles to the west of Thruxton. After about 2 miles the road drops downhill, take the exit onto the A338 sign posted Thruxton, Marlborough, Salisbury. At the T-junction on the off slip turn right, towards Salisbury and after 300 yards, at the first roundabout, turn left and proceed up the hill. After about a mile, the road dips back underneath the new A303, and Thruxton Circuit can be seen in the far distance on the left. Take the first road on the left into the unclassified road which runs alongside our circuit. Pass the entrance to the Thruxton Trading Estate on your right and the main entrance to Thruxton Circuit will be on your right.
