Porsche Carrera Cup GB Championship

The Porsche Carrera Cup GB offers the perfect platform for young drivers with aspirations of a career in GT and Prototype racing thanks to strong links with higher levels of the Porsche Motorsport pyramid. It also remains a fantastic platform for Pro-Am drivers looking to elevate their passion and benchmark their skills on the best national stage possible. Notable graduates include 2015 Le Mans winner Nick Tandy, two-time Porsche Mobil Supercup champion Richard Westbrook and Supercup race winner Damien Faulkner.

Changes made to the championship including an incredible prize fund, innovative tyre and testing regulations to reduce costs and the Team Cayenne scheme have cemented its reputation as the premier BTCC support package. They have resulted in the championship's largest grids, a record number of teams in the field and an influx of highly ambitious drivers for what will be a gripping season.

Teams, drivers and sponsors also benefit from Porsche Carrera Cup GB action being broadcast live on ITV4. Over the course of the season, these broadcasts reach an annual audience in excess of 20m viewers on Sunday afternoons. That is on top of the 30,000 enthusiastic spectators who attend the majority of races and total crowds of approximately 370,000 over the duration of the season.

The Carrera Cup GB is a winning combination of unrivalled manufacturer support, the biggest crowds in British motorsport and one of the best media and TV packages available in the UK.
